The venue for the 2008 Olympic Sailing Competitions is Quingdao.
Racing will take place in Jiangquan Bay, Fushan Bay and outside of
Map of the competition venue site,
indicating specific areas
to be used for the venue and the two harbour areas.
Harbour 1 will be used for competitors and harbour 2
for officials, media boats and spectator boats.
The competition venue is currently under construction. It is a
development of an area which was previously known as the North-sea
Shipyard. The completion date for the venue is expected to be, 30
